In Miao culture, flowers often symbolize vitality, beauty, fertility, and the cycles of nature, while goats represent resilience, abundance, and a close relationship to the land and mountain life.

Originally created as decorative textile elements for clothing and ceremonial dress, each patch carries its own variations, textures, and imperfections.
