Refund policy

Ziran will accept, for exchange or store credit, clothing items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. Because all of our items are made to order and our silk is extremely limited, we only accept refund returns on a limited basis, which is solely up to Ziran discretion. 

Exchanges are not accepted for items purchased on sale, with a discount code, custom orders, One of a kind items (like Rust-dyed and patchwork pieces), Accessories (i.e. facemasks, scrunchies, mask holders, etc) or any Yang Sheng items.

We issue exchanges or store credit within 14 days of receipt of goods. Given the handmade, exclusive nature of our products, we can only exchange your item(s) if we still have that print and fabric available. Items must be returned with all Ziran tags still attached and must be in their original packaging. We provide a free shipping label to facilitate all exchanges.

All exchanged or store credit items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. This is up to Ziran discretion.
