The Neck Tie Top features an angular neckline, delicate ties at the neck, and an adjustable side drawstring that lets you play with the ruching and uneven hemline. Cinch it up or let it hang loose, depending on your mood. Finished with dangling jade stones for a playful touch. Intentionally undone, just the way we like it.
